Committees
The HOA has four committees that address various issues in the neighborhood. Each of these committees addresses different needs of the community, from negotiating with / for city services, to ensuring that the HOA covenants are enforced, and scheduling various recreational activities.
- Architectural: Preserves the aesthetic qualities of the development and the quality of living in the community.

Landscape: Preserves and enhances the common area landscaping in order to reflect the qualities of the development.
- Social: Provides social and recreational events that are geared to the interests and needs of the members in order to provide a means for allowing members the opportunity to meet and for the formation of community identification.

Pool and Recreation: Preserves and enhances the pool and recreational areas in order to reflect the qualities of the development.

Communications:
Oversees the community website and all communications that are sent to the
community email distribution list.
